Add some form of summary on how a user did after they finish an exercise;

EX:

3/5 -> 60%

The exercise page has a result page at the end, where a user can see the questions they got correct or skipped, as well as their score out of the total number of questions. This was updated in these commits: 84f6c84 and cbe9110,
