Fix gamemode NRE #199

This does fix the 500 error, but a new user still can`t submit an answer, and I dont really want to play on my test osu acc, just in case i might get banned for multi-acc lol. Do we want to allow new users to leave responses or not? In theory this could actually be a good idea, so we can`t get spammed with results from fake users, but i`m not sure.

I don't think we want new users with no statistics to submit anything to gamemode-bounded posts
