A Few Suggested Enhancements #7

Suggest following enhancements:

1) session disconnect somewhere that may actually get run instead of finalize. 
Otherwise jmeter hangs when run from the command line or Hudson.

2) Enable SSH key files.

3) Make connection timeout configurable.

Please find enclosed, some diffs to do this. The interface isn't particularly 
pretty, but it all works. If you use it, you probably won't want to roll my 
changes to build.xml.

I have forked your project on github 
(https://github.com/yciabaud/jmeter-ssh-sampler) to integrate new feature such 
as this patch I have applied.
