I still can't get the extension to work. I thought it was because the .form files were not being bundled, but that doesn't seem to be the problem. I'm sure the extension function is probably fine, but I can't get the UI to work at all. Nothing is populated in the popup fields, so the rest of the UI doesn't work. Hi Sean,

I just tested the v19 extension on MacOs 10.9.5 and it works fine. My guess off hand is that you did not create a reader. Obviously my screen comes up. You gave me a picture of it. Is your "File Reader:" dropdown empty?? If so, then you did not create a reader. If you do not have a reader then you cannot read/import a file. Define one first in "Maintain Custom File Readers"

Thanks, Stan
