Description

Eveytime I open the app on firestick it crashes

Reproduction steps

Go to the app on firestick I play a movie/TV show Than it shuts off

App version

Newest

Operating system

Amazon fire stick

Logs

No response

Please confirm the following

[X] I have searched the existing issues and this is a new ticket, NOT a duplicate or related to another open issue.
[X] If related to a provider, I have checked the site and it works, but not the app.

i tried to play anime and it's not working,it's not playing, saying it's bad based-34 something like that.. i was happy on the add favorite button because I won't type again the movie or series again. please do fix it.. thank you so much.

Having this same problem still @stantanasi as reported in our original QOL chat. I was able to begin 1 episode and then when I went back to pick a different one I got bad-base64

Are you unable to successfully launch the app? Which device are you using, and what version of Android is currently installed on it? And any other informations I could use to fix your issue!

Having this same problem still @stantanasi as reported in our original QOL chat. I was able to begin 1 episode and then when I went back to pick a different one I got bad-base64

I'm aware that occasionally there may be errors when trying to watch a show (such as bad base64 or bad decrypt). Unfortunately, these errors are beyond my control as they are related to changes made by the video host service to their encryption methods.
