feat(s-to): add german s.to provider and three extractors

This PR adds support for https://s.to/, including support for new streaming websites.

This addresses #58.

Code changes

• upgrade gradle, dependencies and java version
• enable gradle caches & improve build time
• add s.to as provider
• add voe, vidoza & streamtape extractors
• add some missing annotations
• add dns to access domain

Additional Information

• The provider only features shows, no movies.
• As s.to is blocked by many default DNS in Germany, I added a custom DNS resolver (Cloudflare) for the OkHttpClient.
• An IMDB call was added, since I found it important to know the score.
• Some cover loading code is slow, since it needs to fetch each page individually.
