[Mobile issue] Provider selector staying over top of titles

Description

I know this might seem nice for quick access, but its a bit obtrusive, having it always over top of everything. maybe it would be nicer, to just have it stay at the top, and when you scroll down it gets scrolled up and you don't see it.

i think this is the last issue I've found for the new mobile UI, so sorry for all the reports today, just want to help make the app awesome :D

Thanks, man, for pointing out all the issues. I'm already aware of most of them, but fixing them would have taken up a lot of time. I've decided to release the mobile app first and then address those issues. So, thanks again for bringing them up; it'll help me keep them in mind.
