Add -evalue argument for blastn #6

The Expect value (E) is a parameter that describes the number of hits one can "expect" to see by chance when searching a database of a particular size. I think it will be helpful to include it.

Thank you for adding this! I think all that's needed is removing the .history folder from the PR, then I can get it merged.
