2 months ago - I don't think we should assume how devs like to install poetry, therefore removing from bootstrap and assume it's there
- adding nox support to run tests in supported Python versions locally (will come handy with an upcoming generics support idea I have...)
- update to latest and greatest core dependencies (have to think about how relaxed those should be once we get more stable as we intend this to be a building kit for an API router to embedded into a FastAPI instance provided/customized by devs for their purposes)
