Centrality update #582

Update includes addition of the FXT centrality for 3, 3.2, 3.5, 3.9 (Run19), 3.9 (Run20), and 7.7 GeV, and collider energies of 7.7 and 200 (Run19) GeV.

Hi All. I guess I did something wrong with the last commit and it supposed not to touch any of non-centrality-related codes. Will try to cancel the last commit and figure out how to clean it.
