Add launch countdown #5

This PR adds a launch countdown to the landing page:

The launch information is sourced from the unofficial SpaceX API, so it will update without intervention for delays, scrubs, or successful launches.

This changeset depends on https://github.com/star-fleet-tours/lektor-icon/pull/1.

Can you add this to the top of the Tickets page as well? I was going to add one back myself there anyway

Done. I'm not super happy with the design, but it's on there at least.

Can you add and document a switch somewhere (however you see fit) to easily turn it on and off, since we won't necessarily be going out for all launches (and we might go out for non spacex launches)

There's now a section in the README describing both operations.
