Vagrant - Docker 25.0 undefined method `size' for nil:NilClass in network_defined? #22

I see this happening with Docker engine 25.0

As a work around for now, until this is fixed in Vagrant, use Docker engine < 25.0

Docker Desktop users can get a compatible version from here https://docs.docker.com/desktop/release-notes/#4260 A new version of Vagrant has not yet been released

I have tested latest docker and the latest vagrant dev release and it worked.
