An error has occurred

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loading ROM from SD Card 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Loaded ROM.
Instead I get a message saying "An error has occurred".

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
May 2008 release on the latest as of today HBC. 

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried FAT, and FAT32 formats, but nothing seems to work.

Still getting this error when loading a game:

01 VI/s, 01 FPS
At least 7452KB or 7MB space available

Goldeneye doesn't work yet, and most games that load only run at about half 
speed, we 
just have to wait for the beta release.

partitioned 
40FAT/40WBFS
