I've noticed that graphs are pruning the start time. This is a significant problem -- many of us need the whole context from the start of the network. Most of the data we look at is about how the network is evolving over time, so we need to be able to look at the behavior from the start.
So, concretely: make every graph go back to the beginning of the network.
If you don't have that data, go get it.
if the data doesn't exist (eg a mechanism didnt exist before a certain date) then mark that in the graph, but the graph itself should begin at initial network time.
