Low Pass filter inaccurate #15

Might be related to that other issue I encountered where the V3 filter formula would break on different sample rate, Flash was stuck at 44100 (I think), most PC plays at 48000.

A quick fix might be to force 44100 on V3 song or try to adjust the formula to fit...

Forced sample rate at 44100, not much I can do for this particular issue. V4 instruments won't be using the same algo for low pass
