Obtain some sample datasets. #1

We will need some sample datasets to write some code for parsing the datasets, obtaining data and visualising the results.

Was the data set I sent through enough? Or should I dl the whole experiment>

Some more fastqc files would be good, just to make sure any visualisations we produce look good across across genomes of varying sizes/quality. I'll try and gather some myself too..

Given Harriet and Stuart are able to hook us up with as many datasets as we need, I'm closing this :)
