feat: add .acl to turtle file extensions #89

This PR adds .acl to the Turtle syntax list to allow syntax highlighting of Solid access controls.

This was based on an issue opened in the downstream repo for the linked-data vscode extension https://github.com/elsevierlabs-os/linked-data/issues/3 .

released in v0.2.1 (~https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=stardog-union.vscode-langserver-turtle~ sorry wrong link, this is available by upgrading stardog-rdf-grammars, not the vscode-langserver-turtle)
