Various bugfixes (from JGH) #23

This commit separates JGH's various bug fixes to IDE and Z80 support from the emulator traps work in the jgh/bug-fixes branch.

I have separated these out to allow us to merge the fixes and proceed with releasing v4.15, and to defer the emulator traps and HostFS for a future release.
