Master 128 emulation ignores addition of any second processor. #85

I somehow managed to get the emulator in a situation where the Master 512 second processor would initialise and work on the BBC B Plus emulation, but not on the Master 128 emulation.

Workaround I found was to erase preference.cfg and start from a clean configuration. (Sorry, forgot to keep a copy of the problematic preferences.cfg to submit here.)

Thanks for reporting this. I tried to preserve backwards compatibility with existing saved preferences, but seems didn't get it quite right. I'll look into it.

I have just fixed this so BeebEm will now read Preferences.cfg files saved from v4.14 and select the correct Tube coprocessor option. Note that BeebEm 4.14 won't correctly read a Preferences.cfg file saved from v4.15 or later.
