What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to use jopenid with http://vkontakteid.ru/
2. You will got an error:
Unless using transport layer encryption, "no-encryption" MUST NOT be used.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
jopenid 1.08, Ununtu 10.04 amd64
