Respawn rework #61

players only drop essence on death, all other items are retained by the player. item cost increased as a result
deaths on throne worlds (when enemy players are present) will be final deaths, and players will be unable to respawn until no enemy players are present in their throne world
Players are dramatically stronger on their throne world (upgrades might come in this playtest, maybe next)

NEXT TIME: Finish adding respawn for players once throne world is cleared
Stop the game from doing new respawning before game starts
Add checks and support for when a team is eliminated.

BUG - Game attempts to respawn exiting player rather than dead players when 'sealing' throne world

IDEA - On final death, transport players to a maze / arena that would allow for players to respawn? Maybe make the final respawn area 2-3 players cooperation. Deaths send players back to start of lengthy maze w/ random spawns.
