We need to add Why we are doing this Project at Starfish at readme.md

@aferratuccini Can you please add your thoughts on the Issue of why a Project like which we discussed should be mother-shipped at Starfish and if you look at "Why Starfish..", I thought it would be wiser if you can answer that. Thanks in advance.
