Added update function for a provider + fix for Flickr url

I added a function to update a provider so you can use custom handling for a certain provider.

I would be handy if the library is documented, easier to understand that way

I also changed the getPhoto function so all the Flickr photos will show, because the URL is sometimes null of the picture.
