Add the `upgrade-firmware.sh` file. #49

Hey, StarFive's developers, I added the upgrade-firmware.sh file for upgrading firmware conveniently, although there will be better ways to upgrade the firmware in the future(upstream firmware), I feel like everyone needs it now. hope y'all merge the changes.
