Setup release mechanism to Homebrew/Sdkman after a stable release #107

After starfix is working fine and we've made a stable release, we can make it avialable via HomeBrew/Sdkman. Quoting a conversation with @maxandersen for future references :

> once that is in place use of jreleaser which makes such publishing easily can be explored. > one challenge is ensuring the url protocol handler gets configured so sdkman might not be able to do that. would need exploration.
