Fluid can break iris blocks. #310

Bug Description

Fluid, from a dispenser, can break any blocks held in place through update suppression.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Get a dispenser
  2. Put water in it
  3. Puncture a stargate with it.

Desired Behaviour

The water should fail to dispense.

Observed Behaviour

It breaks the iris.
