U partially broken on velocity.

Bug Description

When the BungeeBark plugin is installed, U Gates will transport players to the correct server, but not the correct portal.

Reproduction Steps

Desired Behaviour

If BungeeBark is not installed, attempting to use these portals should throw a nag message.

If BungeeBark is installed, these two portals should connect across servers assuming Bungee is enabled in the config (which it is)

Observed Behaviour

BungeeBark nag message is not implemented. These two portals do not connect (player is sent to wherever they last logged out)

I can not reproduce this, what ip forwarding protocol do you use on your velocity setup, maybe that could change something?

I'm using legacy, because I'm lazy, and it's the only thing that I could make work within a reasonable time

P.S.: bungee-plugin-message-channel needs to be disabled in Velocity's config.
