These gates have no activator. Instead, when a redstone signal is sent to the block that would otherwise house the activator, the portal will be activated.

Not compatible with the A flag or the O flag. Unknown if or how this will work underwater.

To discuss: is this something worth moving to Core? It seems sufficiently intuitive and its use-case is probably wide enough.

If we move this to Core, it might be easier to implement. Moreover, it would make the O flag redundant.
