Add install instructions directly on README #146

It is common for the README to have the install instructions since the GitHub may be the first point of contact for a developer. I know for myself that having the commands here make it easy for me.

Hi @alanyee. Thanks for the suggestion and pull request. It's really appreciated. I am happy with the change, it makes perfect sense to me. I asked @ilons to review the pull request as he's really maintaining the project these days.
