YOLOR instead of YOLOv4 #33

Hi @stark-t , after having today a short look at the YOLOv7 paper, especially Fig 1, I would rather use YOLOR than YOLOv4 for comparisons, because it looks like YOLOR outperforms both YOLOv4 & v5. The repo for YOLOR is here.

I'll close this now, since we decided to focus only on YOLOv5 and v7.
