bosh deployment failed but `gcf create-service` succeeded #14

But in the backend, the bosh deployment failed.

And then it doesn't cleanly allow the dummy service to be deleted:

gcf delete-service test-etcd

Are you sure you want to delete the service test-etcd ? y
