allow people to somehow create new chatrooms. so you could have one per course or per subject or something. interesting how this would change they social dynamics.

perhaps you could follow the ietherpad trick (http://ietherpad.com/) .. where if you go to http://randomguestbook.appspot.com/ponylovers .. then if there wasn't a chatroom called ponylovers, it would ask if you wanted to create one, and then create it. nifty eh?

hobo - heard u mentioned something in chatroom about "active rooms" - what do mean by this?
