Changes the minimum version for RLC-510A #45

Related to #39 and similar to #40, this changes the RLC-510A to the same version of v3.0.0.494

@joewesch did you thoroughly check for the RLC-510A on firmware v3.0.0.494_21073002:

that all entities are available in HomeAssistant and see if everything works withouth issue?
the list of entities in the documentation here: https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/reolink/ and see if any entity are missing in HomeAssistant that corresponds to a feature that the RLC-510A should support?

If yes on both, I will merge.

Yes, I've been using this camera for months with your integration and it works fine. The only problem I have is that it complains that it needs to update every time, which is untrue.
