Hi! looking at starknet's book I saw some points that could be updated.

[x] Looking at the installation section of scarb I found that it can be improved by adding via asdf for version management. Specifically in this section https://book.starknet.io/ch02-01-basic-installation.html#scarb-package-manager-installation.
[x] Fix broken hyperlinks
[x] Fix References
