Adding in a redirection link to Starknet Discord group #358

It would be nice to add a redirection link in the Starknet book in a separate section called Help or in any of the relevant Sections, which would redirect the new devs or learners to the Discord group. Through this, they could post their queries and get them answered in the discord channel.
