New custom_api task type in the admin dashboard

Description

Add a new task type in the admin dashboard: custom_api.

PROPOSED TODO

• [ ] You can reuse the fields from the balance task as an example, just replace the contracts field by a api_url field and a regex field.
• [ ] Don’t hesitate to check how other tasks types are implemented (Custom, Domain, Balance, etc..).
• [ ] The aim of this PR is only to implement the creation process of this new task type in the front (will be implemented in the backend later).

→ To avoid any confusion, the URL field (that you can see in the following screenshot), is a totally different field from the API URL. We want to have both in this new kind of task. Just so you understand better the context, the URL is the url of the page to which the user is redirected to get the necessary information to complete the task, where API URL is the API that will be called by our backend to check if the user has completed the task or not.
