fix(3142752290): create events for new login flow

Description of the Changes

• tracking event for: Connect wallet button (on Transfer component), Connect Ethereum wallet button and Connect Starknet wallet button and when the user is clicking on the blurry part outside the modal container
• fix the tracking event when clicking on walletHandlers (Metamask and get-starknet)
