fix(3187661313): align Alert to Figma design

Description of the Changes

• Add align prop to Alert component: right, left or center.
• Define AlertAlign enum:

  export const AlertAlign = {
  LEFT: 'alignLeft',
  CENTER: 'alignCenter',
  RIGHT: 'alignRight'
  };

• Add background colors to each alert type.
