docs: add L1HandlerTransaction table and info on caller address #1275

Description of the Changes

Closes #969.

This PR adds two things:

A table to anticipate future change on the L1HandlerTransaction type.
A note on a frequent question I had on the discord, what is the account address or caller address inside a L1HandlerTransaction.

Please rebase from starknet-io/starknet-docs:main. PR#1261 introduced some significant directory/file name changes.
Right after the Transaction versions table, Please add a link to the L1 handler section that you added, as part of an explanation that there is another tx type, L1 Handler, which is not broadcast through the RPC.

Please rebase from starknet-io/starknet-docs:main. PR#1261 introduced some significant directory/file name changes.

Right after the Transaction versions table, Please add a link to the L1 handler section that you added, as part of an explanation that there is another tx type, L1 Handler, which is not broadcast through the RPC.

Latest changes are reflecting those suggestions. Also, I've added a new ref to the L1HandlerTransaction type inside the same page for quick access, let me know if this is something acceptable, or revert otherwise.
