Highlight key events #4

Allow user to define key events (either command or results) and highlight those times.

Possibly a regex.

cbf2e49959288cea2831c51b93f69eedb0549c0f adds highlighting feature in hsp.py for command objects that are marked as flagged, but does not add the ability to flag a command
