Upgrading Web3 to v6.0.0 #154

Can we change theWeb3dependency and integrate to allow for stable v6.0.0? The ApeWorX framework uses Web3 v6.0.0 and I ran into a package conflict while pulling the new changes.

We need this to use Cairo-lang 0.11.0 with the Ape Framework
