added some badges in README #99

This fixes #94

What does this PR do?

I have changed all the badges to single type and added some badges with the links related to them in the README.md file, after clicking on the badges the users will be redirected to the related section/web page.

How can this be manually tested?

These changes can be tested and verified manually.
