  1. proper CONTRIBUTING.md with actual branch names

  2. add /tacticalsales/tm3.html as trusted entry point

  3. removed frontent/tm3.html - becaue we already have redirect from https://tacticalmastery.com/tacticalsales/tm3.html?=kjafndjkadnsf_sdfkjndksajf_jkfdsakjf to https://tacticalmastery.com/tacticalsales/

  4. Enabled helmet.noCache middleware
