Migrate Uwazi code #62

The Uwazi frontend for AA has quickly become obsolete, and should not clutter up this main repo. I propose it be moved to a new repo called uwazi-aa.

[x] Remove uwazi/
[x] Update README
[x] Upload uwazi/ to new repo with proper README and sidebar
[x] Search for any remaining references
[x] Move code in hyperbee/ up to root
[x] Migrate Uwazi issues to new repo
