Exif not available when file is not on C:\[...] #151

Hi,

I was using Exif viever with personal pictures. I try to use with some files 
located on an other hard drive (path : 
D:\phot'ss\201303-Japon-Chine\Chine-Shanghai\) the exif addon wasn't available.
When I copy my file on the desktop (path : C:\Documents and 
Settings\benoit.ORDINATEUR.000\Bureau\pictures\) everything was OK!
OS : Old win XP 32 bits, Chrome 35.0.1916.153 m, Exif viewer 2.4.2, atached 
file one picture working on C:\[..] and not working on D:\[..]

just go to chrome://extensions/ and check the 'Allow access to file URLs' 
checkbox

Hi,

Thank you for your answer. But this option was already enabled.
I think I have found what is wrong, it is the path of the file, example
(Same file but different path):

PATH = file:///D:/Photos-0065.jpg ==> OK
PATH = file:///D:/phot'ss/Photos-0065.jpg ==> Not working
