No EXIF after Microsoft Windows Photo Viewer 6.1.7600.16385 #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://img-fotki.yandex.ru/get/4613/134091573.2/0_6c588_c843ea02_orig
2. Right click - menu - view EXIF
3. No information about EXIF

If I'm using Windows's property dialog on saved file, I can see EXIF 
information. I can see EXIF in PhotoMe too.

As I see there is no EXIF in this attached file but original file is
