Icon visible but

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using Google Chrome 18.0.1025.162 on XP SP3
2. On any flickr photo, including mine, I get the little icon lower right corner
3. Click icon does not bring up the exif info. It does nothing as near as I can 
determine.
4. Right click on the photo does not offer the Exif Viewer option.

Please provide any additional information below.

This is frustrating as it did work for a little bit and then it quit. I think 
there was a Windows update in there someplace but I cannot say for certain that 
it coincided with the change in behaviour.

This may be a local issue in which case would appreciate suggestions as this is 
a great tool when working.

Interesting. I don't understand how the Flickr API is a factor but the Exif 
Viewer does work on photos on other sites so I suppose it means something. 
Hopefully Flickr is sorted out soon.
