Set default tenant id in SharedSchemaMultiTenantConnectionProvider#getAnyConnection() (hibernate5 and hibernate6). Setting tenant should be optional. Scope:

Create HibernateContext (in the common module)
HibernateContext should contain defaultTenantId (string)
