'Terminate' button deletes pods, namespaces and persistent volumes, or any dynamically created configmaps/secrets.
We've got feedbacks from some of the our first users that, sometimes just want stop all pods and start them later and keep everything else, like name of instance, namespaces, persistent volumes, etc.
'stop'
delete all Pod, Deployment, Job and Service
but keep instance name, PersistentVolumeClaim, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Namespace
'start'
apply Pod, Deployment, Job and Service of the project
