Clang is also needed and not mentioned in README.md #17

Turns out the build depends on Clang. Not a big deal, I apt installed it fast. I still think it should be mentioned in the README.

Thanks for the comment. Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Makefile no longer contains a static reference to the compiler, so it will use whatever your env defaults too. Cheers.
